We are firmly in the season of catching up with friends before Christmas, so this is me fitting Ruth in mere hours before another Friendsmas. As a result, I’m trying to not over-order, so it’s the eggs royale for me. The salmon is well-seasoned, the hollandaise sauce delicious is in too short a supply, and the salad utterly extraneous but bless them for trying.
